What is your Shipping Policy?
Items typically ship within 1-3 business days and deliver within 7-10 business days from date we receive your cleared payment. Items are shipped directly from the wholesaler or manufacturer and delivery carriers may vary. Tracking information will be provided to the buyer via email. In the rare event of a back-ordered or discontinued item, a complete refund will promptly be sent to the buyer. This item is not available for shipment to AFO/PFO, PO Box, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Internationally.

What is your Return Policy?
At Smart Closet Direct, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund (less the original outbound shipping).
